Thank you to Kelly Spears for setting up these fundraisers. November, December, and January restaurant nights are Islands, The Stand, and Panera Cafe—information to follow as we get closer to the dates! Please see the attached flier for current and future fundraisers. Please note, there was a typographical error originally on the list of fundraisers indicating Chipotle on October 14. It is in fact the 16th, per the flier from Chipotle. Sorry for the confusion.

CHIME families we still have a few more spots available on our school’s fence for local businesses banners. More banners means more funds for our school—more money spent on our children’s needs and activities! For more details please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The CHIME Athletics Enrichment Program is a competitive after-school sports program. We compete against neighboring schools—working on developing sports specific skills such as strategies, fitness, and sportsmanship. The program is open to all students from grade 4 through 8. If you’d like to participate please fill out the attached form and return to the office by September 5.
Hey everybody the sign-up for September hot lunch is up on Sign-Up Genius. This is a very successful fundraiser for the CHIME Arts program. Working in the barn is a super easy and fun way to help out our school.
Hot lunch is on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 11:30am to 1:30pm. To order hot lunches go to https://chime.h1.hotlunchonline.net.
If you’re interested in volunteering for just a couple hours a month please send an email to email@example.com. Any help we can get is appreciated!
CHIME students will be observing the solar eclipse this coming Monday, August 21. We have purchased solar eclipse glasses for all of our students and staff. They are NASA and ISO certified glasses. (The certification test results are on file with the office if any parent would like to review them.)
The eclipse is going to be a terrific learning opportunity for our students, but if for any reason parents would not like their child to view the eclipse, they should fill out and sign the affirmative opt out form attached and have their child return it on Monday morning. We’ll have an alternative activity planned for them.
We held a CHIME Community Association meeting on May 24, 2017. Here are the notes from the meeting.
