Hey everybody the sign-up for September hot lunch is up on Sign-Up Genius. This is a very successful fundraiser for the CHIME Arts program. Working in the barn is a super easy and fun way to help out our school.
Chicken Nugget/Pizza/Corn Dogs lunch program needs more volunteers! You just need to volunteer once a month, Tues. Wed, or Thurs, from 11:30 am to 1:15 pm to distribute lunch and collect tokens from the kids in the new CHIME Lunch Barn! Please contact Teri Celosky for information at firstname.lastname@example.org or sign up here www.signupgenius.com/go/20f084fadad2ea75-october.
Our organization could really use help with the following jobs. Here’s a chance to get to know fellow parents, help your child’s school, and feel good about yourself, all at once!

- Auction Catalog Coordinator—This person coordinates with the chair to include all the auction items for sale into the catalog, including the graphics, layout, and printing. Some graphic design software experience needed. Please contact Laurie at firstname.lastname@example.org.

This is going to be fun—we will be selling baked goods, waters, and hot chocolate from the new CHIME lunch barn before and after the grade-level winter performances Tuesday through Friday next week, 12/15-12/18.
Please volunteer to help raise money for the school and spread some holiday cheer with our CCA Holiday Bake Sale! You can volunteer your time or donate some baked goods—or both! We appreciate your support and look forward to this festive event. Sign up to help.
The Scholastic Book Fair is returning to CHIME beginning Friday Dec. 11 (preview day) through Friday, Dec. 18. Shop before and after school. We will be open all day for students.
We could use some volunteers to assist shoppers and/or running the cash register; NO experience is necessary. Sign up to help here: Book Fair.
Sydney Snyder, our new TK, Kindergarten, 3rd, and 8th grade art teacher, is looking for parent volunteers. Sydney could use some help photographing and mounting student artwork, prepping materials (like cutting paper, making photo copies, organizing supplies), and other odd jobs around CHIME’s new art room, Room 17. Please send an email to email@example.com if you are interested in hearing about opportunities to volunteer!
This Friday and Saturday are “Help A Teacher” days here at CHIME! Have you been just waiting for a chance all summer to get back on campus and help out? Friday and Saturday (August 14th and 15th) is the time. Our staff has done a tremendous amount of work this week but we can’t cross the finish line without the support of our parents. So if you have time on Friday or Saturday to come to campus and help teachers with their classrooms, please stop by the front office, and we will direct you to a teacher in need.
NEEDED: Volunteers needed to help sell our NEW CHIME LOGO Spiritwear at the back-to-school picnic this Thursday, August 13, at 6pm! Please help out for just 30 minutes! Please contact Diana firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
We are moving out of the bungalows!!
CHIME is getting ready to move out of the bungalows and needs your help. In the final phase of construction on the new buildings, we need to move out of the bungalows, so they can be taken away.
This is a BIG job that will take a community effort.
So please join us Saturday June 13 and Sunday June 14 any time from 8am to 4pm to help move us out of the bungalows.
Have some tools? Great! Some tools that may be handy in this move include drills, dolly carts, hand carts, tape for boxes.
Thanks so much! Let’s get ready to move!!
If you can commit even to one hour of help please sign up here: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c054ca5aa2ba20-moving
The garden desperately needs some TLC. On Friday, February 13 at 1pm we will be trimming plants, raking, putting down trim and general maintenance. ANY amount of time you can give would be much appreciated. It won’t take long if we have lots of help from our awesome community!
If you can, please bring gloves, pruning shears and hedge trimmers. If someone has a chipper, that would be great, too.
Please contact Lola and George at email@example.com for more information. Thank you!
